Uc sick

Hi everyone can anyone help me here please .my problem started when I woz thrown off esa in 2016.I was left a full 14 month without a penny as there was no other income I cld get.I was finally put on uc.in the mean time I'm still fighting my esa claim .eventually it got to court.the morning of my court day I got an email saying I sat need any more sickness and I was receive extra money.I automatically thought it was my esa and I didn't go to court.when I went and read it prouply I realised it was uc .I received my letter from esa and I wasn't eligible.I'm also putting in for pip while this gng on.how can I fight this as uc are saying I'm sick but they wnt give me any esa backpay.wow gig on don't get it

What happened with the ESA Tribunal? Was the letter you received regarding this from the Tribunal and did it say you lost your appeal?

Although Uc work capability assessment and ESA work capability assessment are the same they are different benefits.
