I’m sorry to hear that @justdon. A MR mandatory reconsideration is the next step. You can find more information on how to contest the decision here plus a letter writing tool.

Hello @justdon Sorry to hear what you are going through.
Please can I ask are you receiving any support with anything regarding your mental health?
By accessing mental health support, can be advising and help with your current benefit situation.
Also give you advice and guidance on anything else including your mental health.
I used this one last time.

Please if we can help with anything please get in touch. Happy to be supportive.
Please take care.

Hi @justdon and I'm sorry about the experience you have had so far. I am not surprised that you have found it very stressful and it sounds like things have been done outside of your control.
At the tribunal you will get the opportunity to explain to the panel. It's important to focus on how you meet the descriptors which will allow you to use the report which was missed.
I really hope it goes well and please do let us know how you get on.

Hi @justdon,
I can completely see why it would be really stressful and I'm sorry it's having such an impact on you.
I hope the tribunal panel is understanding and that you can relax a little now the submission is done.
No problem at all, we're always here if you need anything.
