Hi Thanks for letting me join. I am due to go to my first tribunal soon. I suffer from seizures severe depression incontinence and alcoholism. I now have arthritis on my hips. Last year I was awarded enhanced care component. They reassessed me on July this year and gave me zero points on everything. My nerves are shattered at the thought of this tribunal. I don't see how they can award you it one year and take it away the next. Please help. Any advice I would be most grateful ?

Hi @Bennyboy1928, really sorry to hear this! I appreciate how stressful these things can be. How are you doing at the moment?

Trying not to think about it. Just waiting for the date to come in. Thanks for the message ?1

Not worth stressing about it could be a 12 month wait for a tribunal i had to wait 18 months but won in the end so if you qualify for an award you will get it ,in my experience tribunals are independent and fair that's why there is such a high rate of success0
