I have PIP until Nov 2021 I will be 65 in Sept 2021 and receive higher rate (both) will thus be taken into consideration

Hi @hontaff and a warm welcome to the community! You can still claim the higher rate of mobility because you received this before being 65. Your independent living element also carries through.
You would just have a review like you have done previously.
