Hi all, I have had a letter Statement of Entitlement letter yesterday. It states I am entitled to Enhanced on both daily living and mobility. I phoned them this morning and I have been advised that this is due to Court cases around MH. A case manager said there is no deadline, but tasks are in place for completion. Has anyone had experience how long this back date process could take please

Hello, this proceed can take between 8 to 10 weeks but as you have been informed they are giviing it their attention.
