Diagnosed with OPLL

I have just been diagnosed with OPLL but I'm not really sure what to expect for my future. I am pain/symtom free at the moment. I'm a nurse who works in moving and handling. I'm not sure what to do to prevent things getting worse

Hi @pdechastelain and a really warm welcome to the community. I've not come across OPLL too often here, but our members @graybeard, @debbijane and @dtnmrd have all mentioned having OPLL in the past.
Do you have any follow-up appointments in the near future that might address your uncertainties?
