@Adrian_Scope sorry to hear you couldn't sleep. I have that problem alot due to pain. It can make you feel so drained can't it? Hope you've managed to get some rest ?sorry for the late reply I'm trying to keep up with the posts and getting things done in real life too lol.1

@Ami2301 that's a shame. Even when it's cold I have to have the window ajar but it is getting really cold isn't it! I hope you have a better night's sleep tonight ?0

@Chloe_Scope I'm sorry you've had pain and it's disturbed your sleep. I can relate to how you are feeling. I have pain that keeps me awake at night but fingers crossed I'll get some sleep tonight and you do too ?0

Couldn't sleep at all last night. Had hoped to doze off at least a little during the day but no luck and, in trying to improve my mobility as there is a glimmer of light in that direction have managed to make things temporarily worse pain wise and now so exhausted I don't even feel tired any more. Hopefully it will break and I'll drop off in the next 12 hours or so otherwise I really do not want to see tomorrow, lol!

@Chloe_Scope. Going without sleep is an irregular but frequent situation which may or may not be related to medication but is certainly related to pain. In order to control things I would have to strictly control the amount of pain suffered constantly. Unfortunately, as the pain only happens some time after it's incurred, it isn't possible to regulate properly.
