Won my tribunal,after getting 0 points at assessment,overturned with 8 points on daily living,entitled to standard rate,backdated of course.It can be done,don't be put off by the process or having to attend a court hearing,they are independent.

Won my pip tribunal but now they have asked for statement of reasons so they can consider appeal,dont think I can cope with anymore stress of another tribunal,does anybody have any advice on this,it would be greatly appreciated Thanks0

DWP can only 'appeal' tribunal decision on legal grounds,a point of law not the decision itself,unless the judge or panel made a legal error they have nothing to appeal against.0
