    Hi,

Benefit rises aren't until April, so it's not that. It could be that you were paying something back weekly. How much you're entitled to each week will depend which group you're in.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

The amount that you're receiving doesn't make sense because it doesn't point to any of the groups. May i ask which group you're in and do you receive any other benefits like Carers allowance?

I know it's income related but is it support group or WRAG?

No idea why your payment is £309 this time because that's more than support group. Support Group amount with carers allowance for a couple is £296.40 every fortnight.
