Found a Capita webpage that asks you to click a link to contact them and just opens a blank Google page. Very funny Capita, almost as funny as the 'jokes' your assessor entered on my file.

Hi,The complaints procedure for Capita is to email or write to them, as stated in this link. http://capita-pip.co.uk/en/complaints.html
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thanks again Poppy.

@knobblyknees - if I remember correctly (and my memory isn't that good unfortunately) when I wrote my letter seemed to get 'lost'.
I tried again by email and I got an acknowledgement within a couple of days.
I'd do it by email if I had to complain again... -
That doesn't surprise me. The DWP stated they didn't receive my PIP application until I stated I got a proof of posting receipt weeks ago then amazingly it turned up that very afternoon. I fired off an e-mail to Capita whether it'll do any good who knows?
