How long does it take the tribunal to back date your pip

    HI and welcome,

The Tribunal don't pay any backdated money, it's DWP who do this. A Tribunal will only make a decision. If you've recently had a decision in your favour by a Tribunal then it can take 8 weeks to receive backdated money and about the same time to put an award into payment.
Proud winner of the 2019 empowering others award. This award was given for supporting disabled people and their families for the benefit advice I have given to members here on the community.
