difficulty using my hands

I am having increasing problems using my hands especially writing and typing. It is really taking it out of me and my hands keep cramping up and shaking. I am thinking of getting some sort of programme for my laptop that I can talk to and it will type for me but don't know where to start.

    Hi @deb74, do you have Word on your laptop? If this is one of the newer versions then you have the ability to dictate what you want to say. You could then copy and paste the words to go where you needed them.

    Hi Chloe_Scope. I am not sure if my laptop has got word but it would think it has. I have only had it a couple of months. I will check it out thanks.
