Fit note

Hi was just wondering if anyone knows how long you have to have fit note before  you have assessment  I've had one for 28 weeks and heard nothing about assesmet  many thanks

    HI,

    You should be referred for a work capability assessment after 29 days but sometimes this doesn't happen. My advice is to ring UC to speak to your case manager and ask them to refer you. Once this is done then you'll be sent the work capability assessment form.

    Just want to say thanks  to poppy 123456 and Chloe  I phoned uc have now had my assessment and been awarded  lcwra
