Won my tribunal

After 19 months of hell, i won my tribunal yesterday. Had been on DLA both at higher rate for life. PIP awarded me nothing, mandatory reconsideration nothing.
There was a representative from DWP present for tribunal so i was really scared, but it was at his request that i was awarded enhanced rate for both.
Panel then gave a five year award. To say i am happy is an understatement. Please do not give up if you know you are entitled to an award. Perseverance is hard but was key in my case

@nikknack. Well done. I'm glad you got what you deserved after waiting so long for your tribunal. It must be a huge weight off your mind. I've been waiting 10 months so far. There's been times where I've felt like giving up on it,but im not going to give up and I'm going to fight my case. I had a rough draft letter of written representation sent me from a CAB a few days ago and they said to ring withinn 14 days if any of the descriptors need discussing. In the letter she picked up quite lot of stuff, stuff that I had overlooked because I didn't think that it would apply to me. It surprised me because I could relate to it,but didn't see it myself. This has encouraged me to continue fighting my case.
