My daughter has started her 1st period 3 weeks ago. Her period lasted 7 days. Then after a few days she started spotting again, on an off. She was ok for a week and now since yesterday she has started again. Is this normal? Any advice would be helpful

Hi,Unfortunately, we are not medical professionals here on scope and will not be able to give you any medical advice. If you're concerned at all then you need to take her to see her GP.Despite that, it is possible that periods can be irregular for a while when first starting BUT this is not medical advice.1

Hi @5ha8z, here is some information about irregular periods. When you first start, it is common to be irregular, if you are worried then please seek further information from your GP or call 111 for non-urgent medical advice.

Unfortunately we cannot provide medical advice @5ha8z. Does she have a endocrinologist or not?0
