Hello everyone I need some help please I’m on Universel credit and my esa support group was sent over with me with regulation 19 I get my esa support fortnightly separate from universel credit but I have just received a capability for work questionnaire I don’t understand will I need a face to face I have spina bifda and severe raynauds thank you for reading

Hi and welcome,I'm one of the community champions here on scope and i'm here to help and advise others.Even though your ESA Support Group transferred with you, you can be reassessed anytime from 3 months so, if it was longer than that, that you were assessed last time then i'm afraid it's correct. You must make sure that form is returned by the date stated in the letter and make sure you send evidence to support your claim.Good luck.
