Hi @bevahudson - Welcome to the community. Congratulations on your tribunal win. It can take up to 8 weeks to get your backdated money, I believe.
-
Even when they have rung you??

HI and welcome,I'm afraid the only ones that can tell you when to expect your backdated money is DWP and you will need to ring to ask.
-
Welcome to the community @bevahudson, I hope you can get this resolved and please do let us know how you get on.
