Hello
I registered my MR by phone December 17th, i then followed up in writing with new medical evidence attached which they recieved on there systems 14th January....up untill last week i was told by multiple advisors it is with DM and you should hear in next 2 weeks, as currently 8 weeks at present for decision...but now im being told the waiting time starts on the 17th January, as they dont do anything for the first month of decision being registered? I am confused as i thought it was up to 10 weeks from date registered? Anyone clarify on this from experience thanks

Hi,I'm not sure why you were told up to 10 weeks because as always with any decision, there's no timescales. All you can do is wait, i'm afraid. Hopefully not too much longer.1
