i hv my renewal pip assesement in a few days and have read up on their tactics and its so stressful ..has anybody on here been to a f2f recently? any advice / tips ???? thank u

Hi @fks1971 and welcome to the community. I am one of the community champions on here. a F2F can be stressful but try not to worry. Not all assessments go badly and mine have been positive but we don't see so much about success stories on forums as people who have been successful don't need to seek advice on a community like this. I would advise b4 your assessment that you read through the renewal form you sent so you are familiar with what you wrote as the assessment will be based around what you stated about how your condition affects you on a daily basis. Just be yourself and explain how things are. Let us know how you get on and if you need any further advice after your assessment. Good luck
