Grant's to retrain

Sorry if this has been posted before but I am new. 
I am currently an admin assistant but volunteer at a dog daycare weekly for animal therapy. Since being there I have realised my passion is around dogs and want to retrain as a groomer (with adaptations due to my physical disability) but are there any Grant's available that can help me fund the course and possibly start up my business?

Unfortunately there is nothing on there that I can apply for. Are there any other funding streams I can look at?

There is a page on our website about university funding for disabled students, there might be something that you can access on there.
