Hi my son receives ESA support group. Does he have to pay a contribution towards direct payments.

    HI and welcome,

    He will need to have a financial assessment by his local council and most people have to pay a contribution. All local councils have their own criteria but he should expect to have to pay something.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
