Hi everyone.
Can anyone please tell me the duration of the timescale for a decision on a mandatory reconsideration? I was told within 10 weeks, is this correct?
Thanks.

Hi,There's no timescales for any decision.0

Hi @Mike72. You would hope within 10 weeks but unfortunately, as Poppy said, there are no official timescales. Any time frame they give is just a guide. Fingers crossed you won't be kept waiting too long.0

Hi
Although slightly disheartening, I'm grateful to now know.
Thanks for the responses poppy and Adrian. I find out more from this site than the dwp that's for sure.
