Hi @Silverlady1 - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. We have had other members here not receiving their benefits on time unfortunately. I would try ringing first thing on Tuesday to query this delay. Please let us know how you get on.

Hi @Silverlady1. Can I ask which benefit you're claiming?Community Manager

Hello Adrian, DLA and Income Support. Why you ask?
-
I was just wondering as we've had a number of people say they hadn't received their ESA @Silverlady1.
Have you received it since you posted or been able to get in touch with them? Which benefit did you not receive on the expected date?Community Manager

Hello Adrian, was regarding eesa and yes telephoned appropriate no..Benefit be expected to resume to normal! Have another problem! Mail required to be given to me via postman as I be unable to open my flat door as I do not have the strength to do so, normally they knock and give me my parcels. They not able to do this right now yet you can be in the same grocery store! I simply required for them to place parcel inside flat door & social distancing still be practiced.
