How long does it take to get backdated?

how long does it take to get my pips payment and back dated i was awarded pip approx 6 weeks ago ,regards David

Hi welcome to the forums, it sounds like its been a while but we are on a lockdown so things will be inevitably slowed down.i doubt anyone would be able to say with accuracy when you be paid but if you have been awarded pip it will be back dated so don't worry.

Hi @davidparren - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. As mrconspicuous says, things have been delayed due to Coronovirus. You could ring the DWP & ask, but they will just give you a 'guideline,' so unfortunately you'll have to just wait.
