Do you think I could use my extremely vulnerable shielding letter as evidence at tribunal?

hi, someone will reply to your question soon0

No because PIP isn't about your diagnosis. That letter doesn't tell the judge anything about your daily life or mobility needs.0

Hi @kentpete123, information presented at a tribunal would have to talk about how your condition affects you on a daily basis. If it is the standard NHS letter then it will not contain this information. I hope this helps.
