How to get a shower room for my parents

Asking my mothers and fathers housing association to up grade bathroom to a shower room due to mother in December having a heart attack and very bad arthritis my father has bone cancer and can not walk with out aids so fall over they have not had body washes since December feel we are going round circles

Hi @elizabeth1960 - Welcome to the community. I'm sorry about the increasing difficulties your parents are encountering. Do you have anyone supporting your application? I'm wondering if you've had an assessment by an occupational therapist who may have been able to support with this.

They have the assessments mum in December and Dad is going through his been told mum needs the change to bathroom and is not allowed home so taking up a bed space council keep losing paper work

Hi and welcome to the community, I would suggest you put in a complaint to a more senior person at the housing association and also maybe contact the OH assessor to see if they can have any influence on having this progressed.
Another option would be to contact your local MP -
