I am having to look for alternative privately rented accommodation as a severely disabled person because my landlord breached planning laws in building my flat.
It is bad enough that I am struggling to find suitable alternative accommodation because I am in receipt of benefits and local letting agents won't offer me a viewing because of this. Now I am also finding that, because of the pandemic, some letting agents have included a clause to say that if I undertake a viewing then you can't be accompanied by someone that is not from your household. I need to be accompanied by my support worker because of my disabilities.
What should I do?

Hi and welcome , That must be a problem for you, hopefully from the 4th July that will change as you can meet up with 2 other households in any setting so that would fit with your requirements.
Good luck I hope you manage to find a suitable property -
Thank you. I will point that out to the letting agents. They should change their policies then because of this.
