How can i get a copy of my p.i.p. reward letter, i cant get through on the phone

Hi and welcome to the community, unfortunately the only way t get a copy is to call and request one.

Try calling first thing when they open as this is usually a better time t get through

I hope you manage to get through to them quickly on the phone.  I know how frustrating it can be when you have to wait but fingers crossed.
