Hi everyone, I get ESA and Universal credit for my housing. I got three lots of ESA in my universal credit month from 13th July till 12 August does that mean my universal credit will drop massively this month as all my previous months I’ve only had two ESA payments in the month.

Hi,No, it won't affect your UC even further. This is because the reduction you have for UC normally each month is more than what your ESA is because of the way it's calculated with UC being a monthly benefit and ESA paid fornightly.Hope this helps.1
