Hello as per my previous discussion I won my tribunal... , had the call today to confirm I hadn't been in prison or hospital etc recently. Does the payment then begin getting processed by the case manager today or do they have to send that across to the finances dept to action the backpay? Hope my question makes sense.

Hi @simpled89 Glad you won your tribunal, after the call it doesnt normally take too long before you get payment.
It will need calculating and authorising but Im not sure how long this wold take depends as usual on workload but it should only be a matter of days I would think -
Great news @simpled89 !! Thank you for coming back to let us know
I can imagine that's a huge relief for you. How are you feeling?
