You're welcome. I've been looking for exercise videos, & have watched these all the way through. I'm hoping they will help people with many disabilities. I've been meaning to try tai chi for ages.0

Thanks for that @chiarieds It's great that they are accessible to people with mobility impairments. I might try a few moves later tonight!

Thank you for,posting these @chiarieds, I’ve done the first one and I’ll try the others later. I’ve been interested in Tai chi for ages but was too shy to go public. With these I can practise at home privately or be up to speed if I ever do join a club.
thanks. ?1 -

Hi @Tori_Scope
That’s great thank you very much.
Yes it has been a nightmare the past few nights.
We can’t have our windows open else the cat ? will escape.
Mind you it’s never a good idea nowadays as it’s bad enough during the day!!!!!!
@steve510 -
Oh no @steve51, you don't want the cat to escape! I don't like to have the window open at night because of the moths getting in I woke up with one on my face a few years ago and I've never quite recovered from it0
-
Hi @Tori_Scope
No you don’t know who is about either these days.
It’s bad enough during the day as well you can’t trust anyone as well.
@steve510 -
Thank you for sharing this @chiarieds! Really useful.
