hi im renewing my sons dla and had to fight for a yr last time so dont want to fill it in wrong, has anyone got stuck on the times they eat use a cup cut food up and how long it takes as this can be different each time and its asking in minutes when is different each day

Can you not put the variation as for example anything from 20 mins to 60 mins
Im sorry Im only familiar with the PIP forms not the DLA ones but maybe if you look in some of our other sections maybe parents of disabled children or parents and carers there may be some other examples on
Good luck with the claim there -
The “how long” doesn’t matter as much as giving a couple of detailed recent examples of what happens when he attempts the activity in question.
