My Award review has just arrived. any advice please anyone? do I treat it as a new claim and explain how my disability affects me? I will also add new documents / treatment plans. it has a box to say if nothing has changed but I will not be ticking that box as advised.

HI,Yes, treat it as a new claim and add as much information as possible about how your conditions affect you. Also add a couple of real life examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.
