Hi my name is male45

I see you say as soon as tall buildings open up you're going to throw yourself off one.
Why is this, what has happened to make you feel so low to make you want to do this?
Is life so bad that its making you feel this way?
I'd like to offer a link to a means of support 24/7 . Please don't feel offended you can use it anytime.
Website: www.samaritans.org
Tele: 116123
Email: jo@samaritans.org
Please make use of any of the links
Also keep posting as you will find loads of support on this community.
We all want to go through your crisis with you and help

@AblistScumbagsMustGo
There are lots of discussions on this community forum, feel free to look around amd take part in any and even start more yourself.

Sometimes talking to strangers is helpful than talking to a family member or someone we know.
Do you find that too?

I suffer from PTSD and started a thread about it.
Also Picture Jokes just to release the stress of the day

Best wishes

Hello there,

We want to keep you safe, so please ring 999 and ask for an ambulance if ever these worrying thoughts become too much, also @Male45 has given you a brilliant contact link for the Samaritans. If you prefer there is an option to text 85258 to a service called 'SHOUT' where a crisis volunteer will ring you back to offer help.

How are you feeling now? Do you have people at home to support you?

In the mean-time, and I do appreciate how upset you are, please change your username using the little cog in the top right hand corner of the screen and clicking edit profile. We are very anti-ableist here and its a safe space for you to talk.
