My 24 year old son has been receiving pip for his learning difficulties for a number of years. His last assessment was over 5 years I need to get a copy of his assessment outlining his learning for our solicitor. Can anyone advise me how to get this please

Hello @Alison1109 and welcome to our online community. I'm glad you found us and I hope we can help.
I've moved your post to our PIP, DLA and AA board so others can spot it and give you some answers
Just so I better understand, are you wanting to know how to get your old PIP assessment report or a copy of the last learning difficulties assessment?0 -

Hi and welcome,For a copy of the assessment report you need to ring DWP/PIP but whether they would still have a copy after 5 years i really have no idea.0
