    HI and welcome,

PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activity based on the PIP descriptors. Yes people claim PIP and work but if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming PIP then you could be refused.

It will be worth having a read of this to give yourself some understanding of the PIP descriptors and what they mean.

Hi @debbie1962 and welcome to our online community.

I can see you have received some great advice already.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.

In the mean-time, I've moved your post to our PIP, DLA and AA board just so its in the right spot for helpful advice.

Take care and I hope you are having a lovely Thursday.

Hi @debbie1962 Welcome to the community glad you have joined us here

As above PIP is all about how your condition affects your ability to do daily tasks like, cooking, eating, communicating, washing, dressing, finances , mobility and so on

Hasve a look at the information given and see where you think you would score points then decide if you think you would be eligible
