Hello @Ambs42 and welcome to our online community. We are a friendly bunch so you have come to the right place

If you want to jump straight into chatting you will enjoy our virtual coffee lounge where we have lots of fun games and conversations going on. Also, many of our members experience anxiety and you can read some of their stories on our Mental health issues discussion board or chat about ASD on our Autism and Aspergers board.

How are you today? Have you had a nice day?

@Ambs42 I'm lucky because my job is this! Being an online community coordinator for Scope. That's why you will probably see me a lot around here

Hi @Ambs42 and welcome to the Community/family. I am sorry you have had a bad cold. hope it clears up soon.
There are many different places here where you can either just chat and take part in discussions such as the Coffee Lounge, or you can find help in other groups and ask advice from specialists in many fields.

Have a look around and most of all Enjoy the experience.
