Any advice on a successful application for a blue badge for a 10 yr old boy with Downs Syndrome. Please Been turned down in the first instance.

HI and welcome,If he doesn't claim high rate mobility DLA then it will totally depend on the crtieria of your local council and they all have their own criteria if you don't automatically qualify. Did you send any evidence to support the claim?0
