HI,Great news. Potentially yes, if the decision was LCWRA and not LCW. With no information it's impossible to answer your question. It will depend on the dates of your assessment periods and when you first reported the health condition and sent in fit notes.2.5 years a long time to wait for a Tribunal decision. You will be contacted by DWP but it can take anything from 2-8 weeks sometimes longer.0

Hi @tuggy! LCW is Limited Capability for Work, and LCWRA is Limited Capability for Work Related Activity.

Are you only entitled to backdate if your on lcwra0

If you reported the health condition after April 2017 then there's no extra money for being in the LCW group. Extra money is only paid with the LCWRA group.

Hi there you only get additional payments if it is LCWRA that you are awarded so unfortunately you wont be entitled to any money or back pay
You should be contacted by your work coach to go through any new commitments in relation to preparing for work0 -
Thank you0
