We are going to the Lake District in a week or so for five days. The hotel has it's own Spa and we have booked sessions for the two of us. I am limited now because of my movement issues, but I will enjoy it. Before I had these issues I used to enjoy everything the spa's have to offer and we have been to many over the years.0
