I'm a high risk patient having my Covid injection tomorrow. Do I need to inform PIP?

Hi guys need advise I'm.a high risk.patient having a covid jab tomorrow do I inform pip or tell them when I have my assessment next week. Thanks

There is no need to tell them having the injection will have no bearing on your daily living and mobility
