Earring backs

Can anybody recommend a solution to fiddly earring backs? I have CP and just can’t manage the standard backs that come with most earrings. I currently have to get somebody to help me put my earrings in, but would love to be able to do it myself! I can’t help but think there must be something better out there

I think you can buy plastic backs that are a bit bigger or go for earrings that are just like a hook with no backs
