Hi I'm boristheblonde! My partner moved in Jan 2019. Do I lose the option to claim for 2018-19?

This could become a very long post.
Its about fighting back no matter how poorly it makes me.
3rd year battle for uc lcw due to hcp report being inaccurate. 1st sicknotebprovide january 2018
Ive just received another "No change of decision" letter after direction from tribunal for the dwp to review the file.
I cant help but feel theyve just back heeled the file to the tribunal service.
Now another long wait for another date with ftt.
And an even longer wait to get the correct support.

Youve missunderstood the situation.calcotti said:Having a partner makes no difference to Work Capability decisions.
I sent my 1st sicknote january 2018.
My partner moved in january 2019
My uc account now only dates back to jan 2019.
My appeal was put in 2018.

Were you claiming UC before your partner moved in? If so I think it should still be possible to appeal that if the decision still relates to that period and has appeal rights attached. The DWP still have all the details of that claim period but it is no longer accessible by you online. You can request those records if you need them.
Request your personal information from the Department for Work and Pensions - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
