Anyone have experience of 10 year award I have been given 10 years award and just like to know if anyone had this and is it the lite touch review so will my reviews be easier so too speak in future

My award says ongoing. When I phoned to ask what that meant I was told that there was no end date to my award. What that means in practice I have no idea.

Ongoing and 10 years are effectively the same thing. Light touch awards as such simply don’t exist as yet. 10 year awards however should be routine for lifelong or degenerative conditions. I’ve not had a client get less than 10 years/ongoing in the last 3 years.

I have cp I rang today the lady I spoke to said indefinite award but a review after 10 years I have not seen letter yet myself got sent Sunday apparently lol
