I got a text saying they'd received report of my assessment and will contact me. Is this normal?

Hi i recieved a text saying {weve recieved report of your assessment  we will write once descion is made  you should hear within 8 weeks } is this normal ?  what does that mean ?

Means the DWP have received your written assessment report from the assessor.

Yes it us normal you can ring and get a copy of the report if you want 

It isnt a final decision but will show what has been recommended and they go with the report in most cases
