Hi, my partner has been awarded LWRCA, we have 2 letters in our journal, the second one is with the amount of backpayment, but it has been referred to the debt recovery department to seeing they want to take any for depts to the dwp that we owe, does anybody know long it takes them to make a decision, because we are waiting for them then they will make the payment to us.

@glyntamdarcie, how long is a piece of string, I expect a few weeks there is no set time given or mentioned. Give them a few weeks then phone the DWP and they maybe able to answer your questions.
