I  missed my telephone consultation assessment for technical reason I contacted Atos  they say they have requested a paper-based assessment can someone explain to me what is a paper-based assessment is it good or bad please

    Hi 

    Paper based is where they make a decision just in the evidence they have eg your form and any medical evidence. They dont do a phone or f2f assessment 

    It isnt any sign of being good or bad just that they think they have all they need 

    Sometimes the DM does ring you to ask few questions if they need to clarify something but not in all cases
