Hi my son of 15 as now come to live with me his mom is still getting the food vouchers I’m disabled but his mom works full time how do I get the school vouchers transferred over to me for my son

There usually provided in either one of two ways, through the school via codes or through an appointed organisation by the local authority. The contact details would need updating.

I would contact school and explain they should be able to point you in the right direction
You may need to apply again as they are only given in certain circumstances so they would need to check you are eligible. It may be an issue until his mum tells them she no longer can claim as they wont issue to both
It is usually your local council that you apply to -
