Is it normal for your case manager to ignore you if your dispute is with a specialist DM?

Is it normal practice if i have a dispute and its with a specalist DM to decide on that my case manager then has gone on to ignore me for 3 weeks since putting the phone down on me and not responding to 3 differnt messages that are important??

Hi there
You may find your case manager could be on leave or absent from work
Or maybe as there is a dispute your case had been passed onto another case manager
When putting in your journal report it as a payment query so it goes to your case manager -
