DWP told me it's with the assessors now. How long could it be until I hear from them?

Hi I have called dwp today 45 minute wait, I was told its now with the assessors and to call them. How long on average do you think it will be before I hear from them thanks.

Unfortunately it can take quite a long time some get appointments quickly others wait few months de9ends on backlogs in your area -

Hi sorry its a new pip claim. They said on the phone they received it off dwp 2 weeks ago.

As it's a new claim any award will be back-dated to when they received it.
It's impossible to even guess at how long you will have to wait, but there will be no harm in tele the assessors.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
